Bathtub Install Project

While most bathtubs are made of fiberglass, the units themselves last a long time. But after years of use, water can get underneath the tub and cause wood rot to the beams and floors.

A customer in Simi Valley contacted us to renovate plumbing in their downstairs bathroom.

When we removed the tub we saw there had been some rot in the wood floor under the tub.

We replaced the rotted wood floor panels and replaced the tub with a new American Standard Princeton model. We also made new drain connections and replaced shower valves.
